DEPOSITS
All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit which will go towards full balance. Deposit must be paid through website and the remaining balance will be due at time of service.
COME PREPARED
Please have hair FRESHLY washed, blow dried, detangled and free from any product. If hair is not prepped an extra $15 will be added to your ending balance. Hair is included for all braiding styles, colors include (1, 1B, 2, & 4).
LATE
Please let stylist know if you will be late to appointment. A 10 min grace period is always given. After 10 minutes an extra $20 will be charged to ending balance. After 30 min, it will be a automatic cancellation.
NO SHOWS
NO SHOWS will not be able to rebook unless there is a valid excuse and stylist approves. Our time is valuable and so are our clients. Please be mindful.
RESCHEDULING CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 72 hours for cancellations and 48 hours for rescheduling. We understand that some scheduling adjustments are necessary and we are very understanding. Please just make sure you reach out to the stylist.
